- 1 cup boiling water
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream

- Popsicle molds

Instructions:
Step 1: Pour 1 cup of boiling water into a 4-cup measuring cup.
Step 2: Add the Jell-O powder to the boiling water and stir until fully dissolved.
Step 3: Add vanilla and two cups of cream to the dissolved Jell-O, ensuring the total liquid reaches the 3-cup line of the pot. Stir to combine.
Step 4: Transfer the mixture into popsicle molds and freeze for at least 6 hours, or until solid.
